Since joining OneSource, I have come to understand what I was missing at my previous positions. This company understands customer service, maintaining a work-life balance that allows us to focus on the customer and spend the time that is necessary to do this job right. People here are rewarded for individual and team performance. Everyone is empowered to do the right thing for the customer, but is also held accountable (and rewarded)for their performance.

Working for smaller company, they lack some of the perks and benefits of large firms. Either you like working with a small tight knit team of people or you like being a cog in the machine, this type of environment is not for everyone.

Was a great company once upon a time. The staff is sincere to the point of overlooking such hatred from the CFO. Hopefully one day that one will realize that is the true downfall to the small little company.

The unsubstantiated hate and insecurity of 1 person ruins any chance. Possibly the bitter acts of illegal moves will taint the company until its demise. It’s pathetic.
