Pros

Loved my co-workers. Great people to work with.

Cons

-Owners (Greg & Eve) micro-manage, do not take responsibility for their actions. Eve is rarely in the office - no employee reviews/ evaluations to determine performance and pay raises -Greg will go on rants and verbally put down employees- unprofessional - Will fire employees without notice or voicing concerns first

Pros

Above average pay and decent work/live balance for consulting staff (considering industry). Nice office in good location. Nice people on the team there.

Cons

Small company with husband/wife owners. The principals here are not good, CFO/owner terrorizes the staff with abusive behavior. President/Owner is almost part-time, takes very little responsibility, a very unprofessional environment. Management is arbitrary and not open. For example, they don’t do reviews because they claim they communicate constantly but have surprised several people with termination. Recommend a google search on the owners before coming aboard.
