Upper management is never satisfied. You're doing good? Great! Do better though. They will give you more and more work responsibilities while giving you little to no compensation for it.
This company makes so much money there's no reason to not compensate their employees. Unrealistic job expectations WILL burn you out. It's just a matter of when it will.
You can make at least $5 more at other financial institutions doing the same thing. I'm actively looking for other work for this exact reason. I'm making $21 an hour where other companies will give you at least $26 starting. (In my state) Pay raises are terrible as well.
