- On commission only, not mentioned on the job description (it states 30,000 to 60,000 pa) - At the interview, they tell you that you will get contacts of people interested in the company. Absolutely false! During your first days they pretend that you open 5 account using your own contacts (ie your family members, Friend, Girl/Boyfriend, wife/husband, previous employer/colleagues, your dry cleaner, etc.- Everyone on your phonebook/social network/email) - You have to call, call and call. They want you to be standing all day making phone calls. No sitting down!!! - 9 to 5 job? Rubbish, you will be there until the target is reached! It can be 8 or 9pm. - You gotta be shameless! Your priority is selling, who cares if you have to involve your granny? Just add a client on your portfolio!!! - Adding your family members, will not generate new contacts!!! WAKE UP!!!
