Could be better - Software Engineer One Model Employee Review

I'm sad to see how things have changed at the company. Many people behind the scenes are exploring other opportunities, though there’s still a lot of talent here. One Model has lost some of what made it special, it used to be a place people wanted to come back to. Work used to be fun, even when we worked hard, and some team members who brought energy and positivity left early; I think more may follow. There have also been challenges behind the scenes, like people feeling unfairly blamed or decisions prioritizing money over people.
