Slow, many conversations with US people despite it being an APAC role. Questions again were US targeted, and appeared they have no idea of this market. As a result, delivered no confidence in their Leadership.

One of the most uncomfortable and awkward interviews I've ever had. The screening recruiter was reading questions from a different screen, and then typing the entire time I answered. At the conclusion of my response, she would type in silence for a few more moments, then say "Okay," and read the next question. No eye contact, no engagement with what I was saying, and no information actually offered about the role, the team, or the company. It was impersonal, cold, awkward, and left a terrible impression.

Interview
Very long process with lots of waiting for replies and heavy security verification steps. People seem lovely but the interview process felt under prepared. First stage about experience and intro to the job, second stage more technical review with line manager, third stage with department head. No formal tests and limited info on what the job entails.
