Pros
I was recently rehired to continue working with my previous team - thank you to the team lead who advocated for me. Currently, I'm given opportunities to grow with knowledgeable and enthusiastic colleagues. My team's scope also allows for a flexible work structure whilst working fully remote.
Cons
There's clearly turmoil with the restructuring of the company, as I'm sure it was difficult for all sides. For now, I can only speak for what I've witnessed with the unfortunate redundancies and can only hope it remains as a singular event.
