Pros

Extremely Good - Oncology Analytics has a great mission of helping ensure patients receive the best care and drug treatment while ensuring that they are not overcharged. Personal attention is given to each patient case, provider and payer. It is a small company with older and very experienced staff. Benefits are good.

Cons

Extremely Bad - Office space is not sufficient. There is no budget for new hardware, software or education. Many employees are clinical do not understand technology, IT and software development. Nepotism is a real problem. Many positions are filled by unqualified friends and family, whose selective remote work schedules damage morale. The owner/CEO is a visionary but has founder’s syndrome; for this reason this start up is still starting up since 2008.

Thank you for your feedback and for reiterating the overall mission and purpose of OA! A lot has changed since December 2017, and we are excited to have amazing office spaces in Georgia and Puerto Rico. We can’t wait for everyone to see the space we have in store for our Plantation, FL office in 2020! We did, in fact, hire a professional CEO who has brought a new vision and sales focused culture which has made a positive impact.

Pros

The people overall were great to work with. There were some confusions on tech integrations, but it was the beginning phase.

Cons

There was a point when management changed, and some unfortunate employees were hired that didn't work well for the overall vision. I ended up going through a major burnout.

Pros

Co workers are the best and everyone tries to shate the work load evenly. You are encouraged to take pto.....

Cons

The workload is impossible. You can be looking at up to 50 new cases a day plus having to keep up with your current cases and phones calls when typically come at a very steady pace.
