Pros

Willing to give anyone without qualifications positions

Cons

Don't tell them your Military (they will find a way to term you if you are). Do not complain about not-support (you will be on an island), if you want feedback be careful....they won't give it and than wonder why you confused. Benefits are Sub-par Bonus and APBI are next to impossible to obtain Safety department is abysmal. Horrible safety record with minimal to zero support. Do not try to challenge them either. They have a Value of Family....when really treated like the side of the family everyone avoids and hopes never shows up to the family gathering. Values are Lip Service and only apply and held accountable to Operations. Other departments can degrade, disrespect, and treat you like garbage and was literally told by my director when I brought this up is to say "you want me to jump, but you didn't ask how high" I was laughed at when I brought up the disrespect, i was told I didn't love my family when I tried to help someone with a question when I was on PTO, and utterly treated sub human by the director.
