I applied online. I interviewed at OmniCable (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
Due to the nature of the job, I interviewed 4 times from recruiter, to the Vice President. It was a long final interview but well worth learning about the company, the culture, and their future plans for growth. Very thorough, and great experience from start to finish.

Question 1
How do you handle conflict between supervisors that can’t seem to work together, and create a divide within the organization?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OmniCable (West Chester, PA) in Sep 2025
Interview
I start applying on LinkedIn, then stopped. I get an email a few minutes later from the HR lead asking me to apply. I apply, and follow up with an email that I did apply.

They gave a lowball offer. I tried to negotiate within reason and they rescinded my offer. Good candidates shouldn't be penalized for negotiating within reason. If there is no wiggle room, this should be communicated to candidates. Each time I asked what the compensation was to the hiring manager, they wouldn’t tell me and claimed the salary information was “missing”.
