Cocoa sales team high turnover. Hard to find candidates as people come and go fast. Leader has no vision. No leadership skills. Micro manager. VERY political. Will not groom you nor share knowledge. To survive, you need to be a YES person. Not easy to sell cocoa powder as it’s overly priced to make up for the loss in sales volumes. Very toxic environment. DO NOT JOIN!!!
