Olam allows its managers to take large responsibilities at a very early stage. This allows exposure into running a P&L or a trading book at a very early stage in your career. You are also drafted into strategy teams that forces strategic thinking in a very early part of your career
Cons
Their systems and processes both for the business and people leave a lot to be desired. The place is still run with a large emphasis on individuals and their ability to "get thing done" rather than processes that allow seamless transactions
