      Good culture. Supportive boss. Reasonable work/life balance

      Cons

      There have been a couple of years of redundancies which have affected the atmosphere but I think things are going in the right dirction now.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
