Pros

At Okta, you'll often hear people use the phrase "always on" to describe our product and culture. In my time here I've learned that it's much more than a simple slogan... it's a philosophy. Employees gives their all — working nights, weekends, you name it — to ensure we're moving towards our vision to connect everything. And they don't mind. At least, I don't. Because we genuinely care about our work, our customers and teammates. Oh and everyone's crazy smart — often intimidatingly smart. Especially the leadership. People trust and respect Todd, Frederic and the e-team as a whole and I strongly believe they're going to lead Okta to greater success than already achieved.

Cons

I won't complain about the free lunch because, you know, it's free lunch (but I will concede that a larger selection would be nice). And if lunch is the only thing I want to call out here, then that's saying something.

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
