      Pros

      Higher than the average salary for the role, but other companies offer more. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      Everything else... PTO is unlimited but you're guilt-tripped into not taking it. Terrible culture . Micromanagement.. Don't take a job there if having a work-life balance is important to you.

      Pros

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
