      Pros

      Work life balance - there is no rush to finish things as of yesterday Amazing perks - 100% health/dental/vision, to whole work from office (chair/table/34" monitor), phone/internet reimbursement. you are basically taken care of so that you are productive. Best in class renumeration.

      Cons

      Inorganic growth to the codebase, can be deemed as high in learning , low in productivity, though at least people have started to chip off the monolith to make it more service oriented.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
