      Pros

      Product is decent, thought MSFT is investing heavily and starting to significantly dig into Okta's business.

      Cons

      In my entire career of selling software I've never experienced a more toxic work environment. New Splunk management driving out engineers and sales people at an unprecedented rate. Although customers love the product, they hate the company. This makes every sales cycle infinitely more difficult than it needs to be.

      Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

      Cons

      All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
