Cons
Okta is experiencing some growing pains as the company scales from start-up mentality to larger enterprise. There are many things that are done very well, but there is room for improvement as process evolves from operating mechanisms that worked well when there were 20 people in the room to op mechs required to support 200 people. I believe that Okta will solve this and it's a point-in-time concern, but it does get in the way occasionally. The same is true of the technology stack. Great progress is being made, but there is hygiene required to help keep the company moving fast. Leadership is fully supportive of this transformation, so again, I think this is a point-in-time concern.
