      Managers who aren't transparent Clear examples of favoritism I knew some contractors who were let go after they were lured into jobs that they were told would become full-time. I didn't like how they treated a lot of the contractors in terms of how they were let go etc.

      Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

      Cons

      All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
