Pros
I worked hard to get hired at Okta and turned down several other offers and I am so glad I did! Okta has a great culture and the teamwork is fantastic. The fast growth is fun and changing an entire market is an exciting experience. Todd and Freddy lead by example and are more engaged and accessible than any other CEO and COO I've worked for in the past at any size company. I have seen multiple people be promoted within months of joining Okta, no limit on the career upside!
Cons
Okta is not for everyone. One needs to think about their ability to add value, make an immediate impact and deliver results. If you don't have the desire to work very hard, and enjoy doing so, then you will likely be happier working elsewhere.
