      Decent work-life balance, easy hands-off management

      Cons

      Little/no room for promotion, leadership is incredibly fickle with a poor sense of direction. Aggressive culture optimized for efficiency, not for genuinely good cyber security/impact on the field

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
