      Decent benefits, good pay, nice offices.

      Cons

      Leadership is ex Salesforce rejects who has no idea what they are doing. It’s an extremely toxic time in Marketing and across the broader company. Stock in the toilet because we missed the boat on AI. Inexperienced CEO and CSuite who will run the company into the ground.

      Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

      Cons

      All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
