Pros
Listen... let's give some perspective. I've been in sales a long time and trained hundreds if not thousands of people in many industries including Timeshare etc. Why do I share this? Because the people in timeshare were often functional alcholics and had drug habits to support etc. The management was highly unprofessional but I admit many of them were incredible sales people... I was there to help them actually treat people well and improve their customer service. Anyway... I would take any one of these derelicts over the management at Offerpad. I can't begin to describe just how bad the management was because truthfully it was borderline (or way across the border) criminal. They absolutely do NOT give a crap about their clients and definitely don't care about the staff either.

Zero loyalty to any employees even if you are a top performer.
