Pros
Very supportive workplace, very welcoming and inclusive. No such thing as a silly question and everyone is willing to help you as you adjust to the role. The culture is so relaxed and positive, there is a huge emphasis on praising the wins and addressing the concerns in an uplifting way, rather than a 'finger pointing/blame laying' way. I have really enjoyed the experience of being a newbie.
Cons
The interview processes is very intense which I can tell is because the training is 10x more intense. This at times can be quite overwhelming which did make some parts of the training difficult because of overstimulation/ information overload. Training is remote which did make the delivery of the content a bit dry and hard to engage with. It would have been helpful to have had some of the training in-person/ shorten the sessions. Shorter sessions could have given us the opportunity to practise more, do more shadowing etc.
