Hi there, Thanks for giving your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to do this. From what you've said in your post I think that you are based in our Digiops site? As our 'out of hours' workforce Digiops are expected to work at least half of their hours outside of 9-5. But the trade-off for that is massive amounts of flexibility in the role in terms of when hours are worked on a week to week basis which generally people find really helpful when managing a family and other commitments outside of work. I really hope that we make that clear in our job specs etc. when we're advertising the role, as Digiops are an out of hours team and that does include Bank Holidays but please do reach out to me if you feel this wasn't made clear to you when applying for the role.
