Job advert states 6-8 weeks of training, you're basically doing the job in week 3
The training is carried out initially by someone on Google meets and all they do is read from a Powerpoint slide show. People ask questions and the initial and relevant topic is forgotten about.
You're asked to carry out tasks on real accounts before you even know all of the information required for said accounts.
The training is rushed and should you call it out, you will be told, "oh, don't worry too much, it takes about 6 months to learn everything"
You don't know what team you are going to be in until your last day of training, creating a massively unnecessary stress upon people. Apparently, those of you in your training group are judged and scored from day 1. Then the team managers go in to a room and basically bid for who they want.
There are cliques in all of the offices and if you don't fit they will work together to make you that uncomfortable you leave.
There is no HR department.
Mental health issues are seemingly on a case by case basis.
Operations managers and Team Leaders are rude and dismissive.
