Cons
Not truly neurodiverse inclusive. Although the intentions are there but you can see that a lot of what is said is just to cover inclusion law and to make sure that they can’t get pulled up for but saying it. Personally a few times I’ve been to felt like a burden because of neurodiverse behaviour patterns, which actually made it worse as it was not understood when I communicated it.
