      Pros

      The teams and your colleagues are super helpful and friendly and there is a real feeling of achieving something bigger than the sum of our parts. Already a month in and it is so different to usual corporate business.

      Cons

      Cons are hard to come by, it is different so if you are expecting business as usual, that may be a con but it is refreshing to me personally!

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
