Day to Day work - Regional Leader Octopus Energy Employee Review

I appreciate the clarity Octopus/Leaders provide for project tasks. OE is very inspirational and give the team excellent motivation to achieve our goals. I am happy with the amount of feedback which I am getting from my current Divisional Leader and other Leaders- feedback is always constractive and delivered in timely manner and its a great driver to get me working harder. Every one who I had the pleasure to work with through last months is always in a positive mood and happy to help, which encourages me to have a positive attitude. I can honestly say that every day I go to work with smile on my face and willingness to be better version of myself then the day before.
