Cons
Messy and disorganized office culture. Boombox on very loud and distracting when you're trying to work. Trying too hard to give off a hipster 'be yourself' vibe, however, most of it was a facade and very superficial. Dog eat Dog mentality. Inadequate support and recognition from management Unhealthy pressure to perform, and constantly being reminded of targets. Setting unrealistic expectations. Poor communication -- was very frustrating and created a lot of distrust within the company. Items went missing in the office (mouse and headphones etc.) which was extremely uncomfortable and when you reported it they turned the blame on you. Inadequate training caused a lot of work-related stress and low morale among the team. Constant micromanaging from the manager (a form of workplace bullying) Only care about meeting targets and not actually helping the customers.
