Naomi from Instant Impact was SO incredibly helpful throughout this interview process, she gave me great feedback and all the details and information I needed to succeed! The discovery day is a lot of fun and really helps with getting to know what the company is like/about and also Charlie & Josh (who I had my final interview with) at the Brighton office were really nice to meet with, made me feel super comfortable and was just a really pleasant interaction all-round!
Cons
there are two verbal and numerical tests you need to do as part of the interview process, with revision and some good concentration they're fairly easy to get through but it was quite daunting after being out of education for so long.
