Pros
The culture here is great - coworkers and management treat you like a human. You can come as you are - with diversity and inclusion being at the forefront. They do not micromanage and are quick to help out when needed. Can WFH whenever you want (even fully remote). You take control and are responsible for your own work and working hours. The work is flexible and you can work on problems that interest you. The engineering culture is excellent - always striving to be better instead of languishing in mediocrity. It's a blameless culture in post mortems.
Cons
Career development and learning is a bit less defined - you kind of have to make your own way. Since it's a global company - if you're working with people outside of your time zone you may have to get up early / stay up a bit later for meetings.
