Pros
Since I started working with Octopus Energy I can see why our company culture is regarded so highly! In the short I've been here I already feel that I have been trained properly enough to effectively perform my job with the level of autonomy that I have been given. Octopus truly wants us employees to succeed and I always have plenty of resources available to be effective at my job and if you want to grow in other areas of the organization it is always highly encouraged! If you're looking for a company that truly cares about it's employees you could find few better than Octopus.
Cons
Because of the ability to grow in as many areas of the company as you want to there isn't a set career path once you join which if you like knowing the steps for moving up it can be a little difficult.
