Pros
They treat you like a human being! It is a very open and progressive place to work. We are pronoun protective and they respect female empowerment, social justice issues, minority inclusion, and community efforts. We are trying to save the world by reducing carbon in the atmosphere but they also want to provide people good jobs. I've got my weekends and evenings off, a healthy salary, five star benefits, fun work functions, coworkers that are friends. It's a really positive work environment, it's a really healthy place to work. We're also 20% employee owned and there are cool travel opportunities.
Cons
It's hard to think of something to put here, I do wish that we could operate in a space where everyone's friends and families were welcome to apply whoever wanted to because it's such a great place to work, and that invitation was given but put on a slight hold due to nepotism concerns, but other than that it has been hands down the best place to work and I've had some jobs I've absolutely loved, none as much as this.
