As employees we are empowered to do the right thing for not just the company but for each other. We are encouraged to have a good work/life balance, and it's not uncommon for people to take "reset days" to recharge and come back stronger. 3. The work is fun and challenging, and we are not stuck in one position. If you want to try something new, that we avoid siloing means that people can try other roles.
