Working for Octopus Energy has been an amazing 5 years, the company cares about its employees. The company and management are very transparent and open throughout the business, There are amazing oppurtunites to be able to progress within the company. In the Warwick office it is like have a second family. Everyone looks to support one another, they are friendly and caring. At the same time the company demonstrates and pushes its Ethos which is customer service and the focus on making customers as happy as possible, this helps to create a positive working environment. I would say if you are looking to work for a company that cares about you and the customer then Octopus Energy is for you.
