Pros
The company has a really great culture and genuinely values its employees whether that be in terms of listening to ideas on progression or adopting small improvements to better the work load. Octopus is a company that really listens. The flat structure at Octopus is also a huge benefit, making managers and team leaders etc accessible. The management at Octopus are really supportive and the company actively has campaigns/approaches to ensure mental health and wellbeing is looked after. The offices are also kept stocked with fruits/breakfast bars/teas/coffees which is only a small detail but goes a long way to creating a lovely office environment.
Cons
Sometimes the demand on calls etc can seem a little overwhelming but a team leader is only a chat or message away to help you manage the load a little better/ provide relief where necessary.
