      Pros

      Its amazing to work for a company who look after their staff and you are able to climb the corporate ladder and you get help on every step of the way Managers treat you with respect, in fact it feels like a family and there is never a dull moment in the office You also have the option to work from home and you are trusted and treated like adults Would not work anywhere else!!!!

      I cannot name anything bad to say about the company

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
