Pros
| Huge scope for progression - opportunities are always available to learn and train and become a Specialist in a certain area such as Billing, Credit, Complaints, Prepayment etc. Scope to become a Deputy Team Leader/Team Leader if this is what you want to do. | Everyone is very friendly and eager to help eachother. Even if you've never met them before, if you ask for help, you get it (and usually very quickly!) | Management are on hand to talk to at all times. The company's messaging platform allows anyone to message anyone, whether it's your colleague, your Operations Manager or the CEO.. you can drop them a message and discuss anything you need to. | Pay is good for the work we do and there's no strict limit to where your pay can go. Cons
| The work can sometimes be difficult. You do need to put the hours in to get everything done on time and some of the queries can be complex and mush your brain. It isn't a con necessarily, but it also isn't an easy ride.
