Pros
A friendly environment full of encouraging people. A wonderful place that gives you the freedom to figure out how to best do the job. So much room for growth with no strict progression path so you can be selective about what you want to learn and improve on. A truly nice company that feels great to be a part of. Especially in the customer service aspect, it's so nice to feel like there's no obstructions to solving problems. Very transparent from the top dog down to even the newest employee, really feels like you're a part of the company.
Cons
A lot of hype around what's expected which is daunting. The training process plays out like it's going to be difficult and hard but in fact it's not all that different to other training experiences I've been in but the way the job is introduced can add a bit of anxiousness during the new job period. A tad vague in terms of expectations, but that's probably a result of the freedom to learn and do what you enjoy.
