Thanks for sharing this and for being part of the green revolution over the last couple of years.
It’s encouraging to hear that you still feel we want to look after people. That matters a lot to us. But it’s tough to read that the workload and work/life balance feel like they’re heading in the wrong direction. That’s not what we’re aiming for, and it’s something we take seriously.
As we’ve grown, demand has increased quickly, but we never want our teams to feel negatively pressured. We’re working on better planning, resourcing and installation improvements to help with this. To give clearer progression routes within the field teams, we have recently introduced a development matrix to help make opportunities feel within reach and clear.
And your advice to “take a breath” is heard, it’s a good reminder that growth shouldn’t come at the expense of our people.
