      The team have been incredibly friendly welcoming during my first month. The culture here is very helpful and positive!

      Cons

      Our training was grouped with Octopus Energy's ops teams and there were some aspects that weren't relevant for the Electroverse team as it was very specific to customer service. It would be great to see this separated out so that you still get the company/industry overview and/or an Electroverse specific training session!

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
