- We get the opportunity to work with many of the top fintech firms in the world - We also work with many of Chicago's fastest growing start-ups and several booming blockchain/crypto firms - Our clients are working with many of the latest and greatest technologies and pay at the top of the market - You have a lot of autonomy

- It is a fast paced environment. This isn't a con for myself but something people should be aware of.
