Recruiting for Adults, no micromanagement Empowered to do job with appropriate level of agency and expectation Working with smart people that enjoy what they do All skillsets are valued and appreciated, team environment

90 minute monthly all hands meeting can be long and hard to make it though

Pros

This is a decent place to learn recruiting especially if you have the goal of moving to a better company later.

Cons

Don't believe what they say about work life balance. Hours are 8:30 to 6 and I hear they are now making people stay til 8 some nights. You also work the day after thanksgiving but no knee from management shows up. Very low base salaries and terrible commission structure in direct hire.

Pros

hard to think of pros here - office is cool. that's about it

Cons

your hours can change willy nilly. one day you'll go in at 8:45, the next you have to be there at 8. lies are abundant. you'll get told fridays are remote but guess what, not anymore! the training is incredibly boring and mostly unnecessary. the company value presentations are a bunch of crap you'll get let go for bogus reasons even if you're clearly ahead of the people you started with no commission

We appreciate your feedback and certainly wish you were able to have a better employment experience. In our recruiter training program, trainees have the option to work remotely unless management feels they would benefit from more in-person instruction and support. Fridays are remote optional for the remainder of the firm. We're always looking for ways to make our training and development more engaging and will continue to do so. We feel strongly about our values of Hustle & Drive, Teamwork, Versatility, and Honesty & Discernment. If we feel a team member doesn't feel they are important or isn't demonstrating a concerted effort to meet those values, sometimes we have to make employment decisions to ensure we continue to deliver service to our candidates and clients that meets our standard of being the most effective and respected recruiting firm for each of them. I am sorry to hear your experience was less than satisfactory and we wish you all the best in your next endeavor.
