Pros

1. People are friendly and listen. 2. Young staff members hence energy is good & enthusiasm flows. 3.Training opportunities given. 4. Good range of projects to work on. 5. Flexible working hours (within reason)

Cons

1. Concerns are heard but not implemented or take long time. 2. Your ideas given could be stolen & re-used as their own or presented by someone else without giving acknowledgement / proper credit. 3. Management and Project Planning has lot of room for improvement. Need to implement modern techniques for Project Mgmt. 4. Needs to spend money to provide right tools for working for teams like Design, Strategy, Tech and Project Mgmt. 5. Compensation, Benefits and Holidays could be a lot better.

Pros

Great place to work and develop your skills. I learnt more in my time here than in any other company I've worked at, felt like a trusted member of the team and was given exposure to a wide array of business operations. There's a flat structure and the directors are on the ground working to win new business and get projects delivered. The culture is changing as the company grows but it's definitely a friendly place to work - a good sense of humour is pre-req.

Cons

There have been challenges with the rapid growth and ensuring ways of working are smooth with the engineering capabilities in Poland/Ukraine, however these have been acknowledged and changes are being put into place. Work-life balance can be tough at times but this correlates with high-pressure deliveries and is not a general thing. Onboarding needs work but again this is being addressed.
