      Pros

      Decent benefits and a few long term employees work hard who know the origin of the product lines they were acquired through.

      Cons

      Terrible innovation roadmaps. Understaffed on the development and execution of actual growth. Cannot even hold industry parity and bleeding customers due to this on the in cab business line. They seem to be so financially unsound that they have paused all hiring, limited travel to director level & higher and now are laying off developers and product managers who are attached to products lines that were planned to generate revenue. I would not recommend working for nor becoming a customer to Orbcomm.

      Pros

      The work environment is exceptional, the training and onboarding program is top-notch, and the camaraderie creates a pleasant work environment. I am truly very happy with my decision to join ORBCOMM.

      Cons

      The insurance benefits are confusing and not very attractive, apart from that, they offer other benefits such as a cellphone, internet, a GYM, etc.
