Pros
The leadership have made some tough decisions this year, but I am impressed by how well they treat their people, even if they are leaving. I think this is rare in big businesses.
Cons
Things are a bit unstable. It would be helpful to see an inspiring vision from our CEO,,, not just "this is how things are"
