Pros
Great people, healthy work-life balance, good benefits package, and vacations.
Cons
I really enjoyed the flexibility of the company's hybrid remote work model in the past, but recent decisions have been disappointing. It feels as though many perks have been removed from employees in recent months, with no meaningful benefits introduced to balance the change. The lack of bonuses in 2024 and the conditional nature of extra perks (requiring employees to post positive messages on LinkedIn for extra summer days off) have been discouraging. Additionally, the sudden announcement of a return-to-office policy, without a clear purpose beyond preferring a fuller office environment, because nobody likes to "come to an empty office" felt abrupt and out of touch with employee feedback. Closing "The most loved workplace survey a day" before this this announcement also raised concerns about transparency.
