There is no accountability when it comes to leadership. Management is allowed to treat employees any way that they wish as long as they are making money for the company. The yearly leadership conference is a poorly veiled excuse for leadership to act like college students on spring break. Regional management cares only about the metrics. DMs will voice how they are tired of drama, yet if they expect you to tell them if you are being treated poorly. They settle for mediocrity.
