    Pros

good benefits, matching rrsp, flex hours and great office to work. there is a swimming pool facility in the building

    Cons

politics is too high. everyone is trying to save their neck and sometimes it just gets loud. the attrition rate is also too high.

    Advice to Management

/change the management. this one is no good. I am sure in the next 1 year they are going to drain out the cash

I have been working at O'Reilly Auto Parts part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's fairly easy to move up.
    Meet lots of connections.
    Learn a ton.
    Great experience.
    Fairly laid back job.
    Good health insurance.

    Cons

The "incentive" is only good at a very busy location for full-time employees.
Promotions might come quick, but the difference in pay is miniscule until you have your own store. It took me 2.5 years to go from $11.5 to $13.5

    Advice to Management

People don't quit jobs, they quit companies. Pay the employees what they're worth or they're going to look for someone who will.

    Pros

    Decent pay
    Work is not very hard
The 2 stores I’ve worked at managers have been great
Actual opportunity to move up in company

    Cons

If you are mechanically inclined and not afraid of working/doing your job there aren’t really any cons. Scheduling could be done better. Nothing really bad outside of regular retail BS

    Fixed/normalized schedules.
